Rangers were extremely busy in the transfer market this summer, but fans have narrowed down their top three signings of the summer.
Steven Gerrard arrived at Ibrox this summer to a squad in drastic need of a mass overhaul.
The new boss completely revamped the defence, brought in multiple talented youngsters on loan from his old club, and wrapped up a late deal for fan favourite Kyle Lafferty.
Fans have been voting who their three best captures were though, and it’s a mixture of youth and experience…

3. Lassana Coulibaly
Coulibaly joined on loan from Angers at the same time as Umar Sadiq joined from Roma, and it’s fair to say the former has made a much bigger impact. The all-action youngster had a phenomenal start to the season, and after a short spell on the sidelines looked back to his best again last week. The 22 year-old will learn a lot from Gerrard, and fans would absolutely love to get him on a permanent deal next summer.
2. Connor Goldson
The defence was undoubtedly Gerrard’s biggest area of concern in the transfer market, as the boss brought in four central defenders. Nikola Katic has been superb and Joe Worrall has improved recently, but there’s no question that Goldson is the pick of the bunch. The 25 year-old was a fan favourite at Brighton, and it’s not hard to see why with his power, leadership, calmness and goals from set pieces.
1. Allan McGregor
You’d be hard pushed to find a player with a cult following quite like McGregor, so it’s perhaps no surprise that the 36-year-old has won the vote. The 39-cap Scotland international racked up over 200 league appearances during his first stint with the club, and has picked up right where he left off with some spectacular performances, particularly in the Europa League.
