Tottenham Hotspur earned a comfortable 2-0 victory over Huddersfield Town on Saturday to boost their ambitions of finishing in the English Premier League top four.
The win puts them five points clear of fifth-placed Chelsea ahead of the Blues’ hugely difficult away trip to Manchester City tomorrow afternoon.
The hero of the afternoon was undoubtedly Son Heung-min, who scored in each half to secure the victory and put himself into contention for a start against Juventus in the UEFA Champions League next week.
The Korean attacking midfielder is a fan favourite but has had to work hard for his first-team opportunities recently. Performances like the one on Saturday will no doubt go a long way to securing that spot in Mauricio Pochettino’s starting eleven.
Is he a better option than the likes of Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura? Where does he stack up against other Premier League attackers?
With 15 goals and four assists this season, fans believe he’s up there with the best.
